The Fabric solution offers AI-powered symptom checking and care navigation, provider search and support for administrative needs such as billing and insurance-related questions. Fabric's streamlined UI and healthcare-specific NLP ensure patients are quickly connected with the appropriate providers and services. For other visitors, the assistant is specialized to help connect job applicants and potential foundation donors. The Front Door virtual assistant is available on VHC Health’s website and will be made available in their mobile app next month. VHC Health’s website is built & supported by Geonetric.
