The online adaptive interview is the core of our platform. Most simply, the online adaptive interview is a smart system that uses branching logic to collect patient data. Built on a foundation of national best practices by a team of medical professionals, the online adaptive interview asks patients the same questions as a clinician in an in-person setting, gathering accurate patient data and collating it into a comprehensive clinical note, enabling providers to review symptom information and make an accurate, guideline-adherent diagnosis.

Do you facilitate claims processing?
Yes, we support claims processing by integrating with your claims and billing software. Our ZipGroup functionality offers further claims management capabilities by giving you the ability to link patients with specific health plans, either through a flat file or PokitDok integration.
How does implementation work? How much time will this take?
Our standard implementation takes just 60 days. Clients are assigned a dedicated account manager who is responsible for facilitating a smooth launch and working with you to scale your virtual care service over time. Essentially, your virtual care partner.
How do patients and clinicians access Zipnosis? What hardware do you require? Do you have a mobile App?
We make access easy – for patients and clinicians. Zipnosis is a web-based application, meaning patients and clinicians can access the platform from any web-enabled device: smartphone, tablet, or computer.
